JB Bader founded Bader & Associates, Inc. in 1999 to offer marketing for sales, leasing and management of office, industrial and retail properties.  Their brokerage services also included land transactions for commercial and residential development and investments.

In 2010, Bader & Associates, Inc. joined the national KW Commercial family.  They continue to offer brokerage services through the southeast with the primary market being Greater Atlanta and North Georgia.
