Bader & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1999 by J.B. Bader. The company provides marketing for sale or leasing, and management of industrial, office and retail properties. Also much of their brokerage activity includes land transactions for commercial and residential development projects.  In 2010, Bader & Associates merged to become part of the KW Commercial family.

KW Commercial Greater Atlanta/ Bader & Associates, Inc. provides brokerage services throughout the southeast, with an emphasis on the Atlanta and North Georgia markets.

The organization proudly offers the services of seasoned professionals with individual focus on various products within the commercial real estate and land markets. With over sixty years of cumulative experience the company is able to offer conscientious and diversified insight to assist in effectively marketing and successful closings of a high percentage of transactions.
